We also value our therapists’ personal health and well-being and have established a workplace culture centered around equity, inclusion, transparency and psychological safety. Each employee is encouraged to establish goals on an annual basis for their personal and professional growth in collaboration with their supervisor who will help to establish plans for achieving these goals.
