Growth and Healing is Promoted with Support of root2fruit Grant
Institute for Therapy through the Arts is exceptionally grateful to announce our recipient status in Evanston Community Foundation’s root2fruit grant program. This three-year program will aid ITA with marketing and fundraising investments to adequately serve those who seek our services. ITA is committed to inspiring change and wellness in individuals and families, strengthening health in community organizations, cultivating achievement in students’ academic and social development, and forging leadership in Creative Arts Therapy fields. ECF’s generous contribution will back ITA’s own long-term growth and sustainability to uphold these visions. The Foundation influences Evanston by strategizing goal-setting from within the community, and its efforts will work to recognize our organization as a leader in Creative Arts Therapy at a national level.
The root2fruit grant program was implemented by Evanston Community Foundation in 2002 as a means to provide small, Evanston-based organizations with capacity-building opportunities. Over its fifteen-year course, root2fruit has benefited 53+ organizations, and ITA is honored to be among them.
