On Tuesday, May 5th, people from around the world are coming together to tap into the power of human connection and strengthen communities at the grassroots level. Will you be one of them?
ITA will be one of those participating organizations, and we need your help!
By joining the #GivingTuesdayNow movement, you’re proving that in times of uncertainty, generosity can bring the world together.
These are stressful times. There is so much uncertainty and fear related to the spread of COVID-19, and many are not able to connect with their support systems the way they normally would due to the need for social distancing. There are also new challenges to navigate with children home from school and financial stress as businesses close or struggle to pay their staff. Now, more than ever, the mental health and well-being of our community is of great concern.
During this critical time, we are determined to serve everyone who needs support; therefore, we have drastically modified our sliding scale to offer therapy sessions at much more reduced rates. New clients can access services at these rates, and existing clients are receiving up to an additional 20% reduction on their therapy fees.
While the state of Illinois is under a Shelter-In-Place order, we will not turn anyone away, regardless of their ability to pay for therapy.
