ITA Hosts On The Table Dinner Event
In May, ITA acted as the host for an On the Table dinner event. This was an annual occasion organized and promoted by the Chicago Community Trust to bring together people from across Greater Chicago at a multitude of mealtime gatherings. Strengths and needs in the communities of Evanston, Skokie, and Rogers Park were discussed, as well as their context within the local, regional, and national landscape. Additionally, ITA was honored to host several guest from out of state who wished to witness the event, with the aim towards implementing it in their own home communities in the near future. We offer our deep and abiding thanks to all who participated. Hopefully this is just a beginning.
