ITA Grows with the Support of Local Community Foundation

January 31, 2019 by ITA Staff

ITA would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the Evanston Community Foundation (ECF) for their generous support! The Foundation has granted ITA’s request to fund the updating of our donor management system which will allow us to expand our fundraising efforts and ultimately serve more clients.  We are extremely grateful to ECF for their continued partnership and all they have done to help us grow over the years.

ITA is also currently a recipient of ECF’s Root2Fruit grant which helps small non-profits to grow from a tiny root to a thriving fruit.  The grant has allowed ITA to invest in building a sustainable infrastructure so that we can grow strategically and continue to serve more and more individuals in the community.  In our third and final year of the program, ITA’s Executive Director, Jenni Rook, can look back on the many workshops and consultation she has received over the past two years as a recipient of this grant. “The impact of the Root2Fruit grant is incredible, and the trainings the foundation offers as part of the program have really influenced how we have structured our board of directors and fundraising initiatives. I’m so grateful to ECF for believing in our mission and supporting our efforts to serve as many people as possible regardless of their financial means to afford therapy,” says Rook.
