Development and Finance Committees Gain Valuable Assets in Wm. Edward Vesely and James Grutsch
ITA is excited to announce the addition of Mr. Wm. Edward Vesely to our Development Committee and Mr. James Grutsch to our Finance Committee. Please join us in welcoming our new members, and learn more about each in their featured profiles below!
Ed Vesely, an entrepreneurial marketing and business development leader, is responsible for worldwide marketing at Vision Solutions . He has a proven record of revenue growth, market share, and business valuation, as well as experience with the IPO process and change-of-control transactions, including post-closing integration.
During his tenure at Vision Solutions, his leadership has contributed to record-breaking revenue, customer growth, and earnings.
Mr. Vesely serves on several advisory boards and holds bachelor degrees in Journalism/Public Relations and Computer Science from Northern Illinois University. He received his MBA in Marketing from DePaul University.
James Grutsch is a business professiona
l who received his B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Denver. He completed a CPA Preparation certificate program at Northwestern University, and expects to finish his CPA exams in March of 2017.
Mr. Grutsch interned as a Financial Analyst at Sarah’s Circle for 12 months prior to being hired as their Business Manager in 2011. During his time spent at Sarah’s Circle, his position has grown to include accounting, financial forecasting, HR, facilities, and affordable housing development. Mr. Grutsch is the also staff lead for his company’s board of directors’ finance and building committees.
Additionally, Mr. Grutsch joined the board of directors for Business Partners – The Chamber for Uptown in 2014 and currently serves as the Chamber’s treasurer.
