Lizzy is a board-certified music therapist currently working with neurodiverse students in the Chicago Public Schools. She has experience working with people of all ages in a therapeutic day school, inpatient psychiatric hospital, outpatient mental health program, and partial-hospitalization program, as well as with veterans in long-term care and outpatient settings. In the music therapy space, Lizzy strives to support clients in their exploration of their naturally creative selves through participation in music.
Lizzy received their Bachelor of Music with a concentration in Music Therapy from Radford University and is currently completing a Master of Music Therapy at Temple University with a focus in psychodynamic techniques. Outside of music therapy, Lizzy can often be found hiking, playing video games, cooking, making music, and moshing at concerts.
