Music Therapist
Madeleine is a board-certified music therapist with several years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with diverse needs. She specializes in music therapy approaches that focus on the unique strengths of each individual, resiliency, meaningful living, and social connection. Madeleine works from an integrative approach and is passionate about connection through creativity and the intricacies and importance of identifying emotions. Madeleine values each person’s intersectionality and believes that growth begins with awareness and compassion for self and others. Outside of work, Madeleine enjoys writing, recording, and performing music both individually and with her Indianapolis-centered band (Bunkbeds), reading neurological case studies, running, volunteering at various organizations in the Chicago area, and sipping tea while spending time with her spunky cat, Honey Bee.
