Marketing Manager
Natosha is a seasoned marketer and communicator with over twenty years of experience in both B2C (Business-to-Consumer) and B2B (Business-to-Business) strategic marketing. She combines creativity and strategic insight to craft bold campaigns that drive engagement, inspire action, and make a lasting impact. Her extensive background spans the corporate sector, where she developed traditional and digital marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies, and, for the past six years, the non-profit sector.
Additionally, Natosha has been a dedicated member of the Women United Giving Council of the Chicago Foundation for Women and has served as a youth and college mentor for One Million Degrees, a program focused on empowering low-income, highly motivated community college students to succeed academically, professionally, and personally. She is passionate about mental health therapy in all its forms, including creative arts therapies, which she recognizes as powerful tools for emotional healing and self-expression. In her own journey, creative writing has been a therapeutic outlet, deepening her commitment to advocating for accessible mental health resources.
Natosha holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Roosevelt University. She resides on Chicago’s South Side with her teenage daughter and their Maltipoo puppy, Adora. In her free time, she enjoys creative writing, cycling, discovering and preparing new recipes, and is an avid reader with a passion for personal growth and development.
