Virginia is a board-certified neurologic music therapist working with students in the Chicago Public Schools and Evanston Public Schools and aiding in ITA’s Musical Bridges to Memory program. She has experience with children, adolescents, and adults working toward a wide variety of goals including
emotional, physical, cognitive, and social goals. She is a strong advocate for mental health and neurodiversity, and aims to help her clients be the best version of themselves.
Virginia received her Bachelor of Music Therapy at Valparaiso University and has completed Neurologic Music Therapy training issued by the Academy of Neurologic Music Therapy. Outside of music therapy, she plays bassoon with The Naperville Winds, performs locally, teaches lessons at Music Makers of Western Springs, and enjoys Latin and classical studies, video games, and table-top games.
