At ITA, we believe in the healing power of the arts. Our team uses art, dance/movement, drama, and music therapy to support the emotional, cognitive, and physical well-being of people across the lifespan. We are looking for creative, compassionate professionals who share our belief that when words alone are not enough, the arts can often help.
We foster a workplace where therapists, interns, and staff feel supported, inspired, and connected. Here’s what you can expect:
- A Collaborative Team Culture: Our therapists work together across disciplines, sharing knowledge and building relationships that enhance both client care and professional growth.
- Commitment to Equity and Inclusion: We are actively working to create an affirming, inclusive environment for all staff and clients. We welcome applicants of all identities and lived experiences.
- Ongoing Learning: Supervision, mentorship, and continuing education are central to our work. We invest in your growth.
- Variety in Practice: Our therapists work in schools, clinics, hospitals, community agencies, and more—providing services across the Chicagoland area.
