Amy is a licensed talk psychotherapist and registered art therapist from Miami, FL, with experience supporting neurotypical, neurodiverse, and disabled children, adolescents, and adults. She is comfortable working with clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, autism spectrum diagnoses, and working within family dynamics to improve functioning at home. Her relationship-driven approach emphasizes self-determination and choice with a focus on improving quality of life.

Grounded in healing-centered engagement, Amy meets all of her clients with respect and seeks to elevate their strengths, support them in raising their voices, promote self-acceptance, and explore new ways to build resilience in a complex, systemic world. She incorporates her background in theater, visual art, and psychology to foster expressive, dynamic sessions that encourage exploration and personal growth through art.

Education and Affiliations: Masters in Art in Art Therapy & Counseling, School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Bachelor of Arts in Theater and Psychology.
