Emphasizing emotional, social, cognitive, and physical integration, Jazmin strives to guide her clients towards growth and self-understanding.
During sessions, Jazmin encourages clients to engage in the creative process using dance, movement, sound, play, metaphors, music, and imagination – all at their own pace and comfort level. This approach fosters therapeutic progress, helping clients discover new perspectives and coping mechanisms on their journey towards healing and personal development.
