Shelby is a License Professional Counselor (LPC) and board-certified Art Therapist (ATR-P) with a master’s degree in Counseling and Art Therapy from Adler University. She brings over six years of experience supporting youth, teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, trauma, addiction, and chronic mental illness.

Shelby’s approach is eclectic and collaborative – tailored to meet each client’s needs and goals. She prioritizes building a safe, caring, and trusting therapeutic space, using art therapy to exlore identity, deepen insight, and foster mind-body connection. Her work is trauma-informed and rooted in empowerment, self-discovery, and personal expresssion.

As a BIPOC, body-positive, and LGBTQ+ affirming clinician, Shelby supports clients in embracing their cultural, spiritual, and intersectional identities. She helps clients reflect on the systemic and personal challenges they face and explore sustainable, meaningful paths forward.
