The Institute for Therapy through the Arts (ITA) will be tabling at the Women’s Health & Wellness Fair on Thursday, Feb. 12, 2026, from 5:30–7:30 p.m. at Cora Health (832 Dempster St., Evanston). Stop by our table to learn how Creative Arts Therapies support mental health and whole-person wellness across the lifespan, explore programs and resources, and connect with our team. This is a free community event featuring local wellness practitioners, plus light snacks and beverages.
