Institute for Therapy through the Arts (ITA), backed by Endeavor Health’s community investment fund, is preparing to expand access to Creative Arts Therapy services by becoming a certified Medicaid Behavioral Health Center beginning in Fall 2025. This initiative aims to improve accessibility and equity in mental health services, particularly through art, dance, drama/movement, and music therapy. With funding and support from Endeavor Health, ITA is surveying the community and enhancing its infrastructure to better serve diverse populations across the Chicago area.
