Specialists Who Work with Autism Will Lunch + Learn at Forthcoming Networking Event
Calling all Autism providers: In recognition of Autism Awareness Month, Institute for Therapy through the Arts will be co-hosting a networking event alongside Autism Family Center catered exclusively to professionals who serve clients with Autism. If you’re a provider who specializes in Autism, we hope you’ll join us on April 18th from 11:30 to 1:00 at Autism Family Center for an afternoon of education and exchange. Interested providers are asked to bring marketing materials to introduce and promote their services to other professionals in attendance. Lunch will be provided. This event is a wonderful opportunity to learn about numerous field-related resources that are available within your immediate community. Registration is $10 — follow this link to the official event page, where you can sign up and read more details about the event. You can also view information for this event on ITA’s Event page at www.itachicago.org/events/.
This event will include a segment called “Awesome Tips for Autism,” in which presenters will have five minutes each to share advice that all attendees can utilize in their practices. If you are considering speaking in front of the group, please click on the link provided above to register, and make sure to supply the information requested under “I would like to give an informational tip!” Openings to present are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Autism Family Center offers a “comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach” with services that stem from two disciplines — Applied Behavior Analysis and Clinical Counseling. The Center is located at 560 Green Bay Road, Suite 10 in Winnetka. We hope to see you there!
