ITA Welcomes New Dance/Movement Therapist Julie Brannen!

Julie Brannen Joins ITA’s Team as of December 1

julie brannenITA is delighted to have dance/movement therapist Julie Brannen, MA, R-DMT, GL-CMA join our team of creative arts therapists.

She moved to Chicago in 2011 after receiving a BFA in Dance Performance with a Minor in Leadership from the University of Florida. While at UF, she worked closely with people living with Parkinson’s disease, which guided her to pursue a career of dance as a healing modality in peoples’ lives. She graduated with an MA in Dance/Movement Therapy and Counseling as well as Graduate Laban Certificate in Movement Analysis from Columbia College Chicago in 2013.
