Four New Administrative Internship Positions Start Early in June
Team ITA is warming up for another summer, and it wouldn’t be complete without some new faces! Joining us are four new administrative interns who are set to learn about the creative arts therapies while lending their helpings hands around our office. Read each intern’s bio below. Welcome, new interns!
Hannah Barbeau is a recent graduate of Moody Bible Institute in Chicago with a Bachelors in Counseling. She loves theater, sunshine, and exploring Chicago. She is grateful for such a unique opportunity to join the ITA community.
Sonia Bourdaghs just finished her junior year at Tufts University where she studies Music and Cognitive & Brain Sciences. She plays piano, and recently had the opportunity to study music in Vienna during a semester abroad. At college, she is a member of a Disney a Cappella group called Enchanted. She is very excited to learn more about the creative arts therapy world this summer!
Julia Kahn is currently an upcoming Senior at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. She is completing a major in Psychology and minor in Counseling. She has also been pursuing a music career as a professional singer for years in a band and has a strong interest in Music Therapy as well. She is very interested in learning more about music therapy along with all the modalities of art therapies at ITA!
Victoria Villena is an uprising junior at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Tori is currently a psychology major, but is also in the process of adding another bachelor of arts degree in music to her current studies. Tori has been playing piano since she was in 1st grade and has also play other instruments such as guitar, ukulele, clarinet, and trumpet. Tori loves using her ENO to hammock with friends and taking long car rides with the windows down. She’s looking forward to learning more about music therapy and is very excited and honored to be a part of the ITA family!
