Carolina brings more than 18 years of experience in human resources leadership across both the private and public sectors. Before joining the Institute for Therapy through the Arts, she served as Director of Human Resources for one of Chicago’s oldest and largest nonprofit agencies, supporting services for underserviced families and at-risk youth.
Carolina has deep expertise in benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and policy development. She is passionate about fostering a supportive, equitable workplace and is proud to support ITA’s dedicated team of therapists and staff.
