Michelle Marvin has had a two-decade career in development, mostly for arts and culture organizations. A native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, she has served organizations such as the United Performing Arts Fund, Wisconsin Conservatory of Music, Lyric Opera of Chicago, and the Richard H. Driehaus Museum. She is also a soprano and has sung in and around the Midwest and South with groups that include The Skylight Opera Theatre, Madison Opera, Milwaukee Symphony Chorus, and North Shore Choral Society. She has a BA in Communicative Disorders and recently received a Master’s Degree in Teaching English as a Second Language. She is fulfilling a long-time dream of being an adult second language teacher with a focus on accent modification and pronunciation. She is the owner of Accent Clarity Coaching, LLC.
Josh Ticho is President of J Ticho & Associates Ltd which is a small CPA firm with offices in Skokie and Northbrook. Josh is a Certified Public Accountant with expertise in individual, business, and not‐for‐profit accounting and taxation. Josh has worked in an accounting environment for 40 years.
Josh’s not‐for‐profit training started in the 80s at Family Focus in Evanston. Although not involved directly with client services, he discovered that assisting the under‐served can come in many forms. Josh has been a Big Brother, Chaver (mentor/friend) for the Jewish Children’s Bureau and an advocate for CASA. He is also a client and a child of a client (mother) at ITA. Josh spent 17 years with two agencies at the Jewish Federation. Josh was the Controller for JVS Chicago for 15 years.
Josh has also performed in over 50 community theatre shows. Predominantly musicals, Josh has danced, sung, and acted on many Northshore stages. Josh has been on theatre boards and has had many backstage duties.
