Art Therapist Cara Fisher-WellVang to Lead ITA Team at Art of Jazz Event
The Institute for Therapy through the Arts team, led by Cara Fisher-WellVang, LPC, ATR (Registered Art Therapist), will join the Music Institute of Chicago’s Jazz Program for the Art of Jazz. This colorful, musical opportunity is brought to YOU through a generous grant by the Evanston Arts Council.
Join us on Saturday, August 18th from 12PM to 3PM at Church Square Plaza (click to access map — CSP is across the street from Terra & Vine and near the Metra!) Find yourself moved by music as you listen to jazz and join the community in painting a mural in the most creative ways possible. We’ll bring the materials for you to splash, brush, or dap the paint to the beat. Please dress for your type of mess. And you can stop by the Bigfork Fest on your way to or from!
