WonderWhy with Emma Mac: Music Therapy

In a three part series on the WonderWhy podcast called “How Music Can Heal Us,”Emma Mac from radio station 93XRT interviews two music therapists who work with children, Elizabeth Klinger of Anne and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital, and Rebecca West, ITA’s School Programs Manager and Music Therapy Internship Director, about how music therapy can be used to help children in a clinical setting.

This three-part podcast, “How Can Music Heal Us” examines how music therapy can heal in hospice care, hospital or rehabilitative settings, the support for music therapy through neurological and medical research,  and case examples of music therapy with various populations.  All three parts can be found here.
